On the afternoon of the event, alumni returned to the hospital and the school, visiting the university's "Two Halls and One Museum" as well as the hospital's history museum, reminiscing about their youthful days and reflecting on the passage of time. At the student symposium, alumni and current students engaged in lively discussions, sharing valuable experiences on future career development.

Professor Wei Ruihua reflected on  the arduous journey of the hospital and school, from their humble beginnings to their significant growth, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the long-standing support and attention from the alumni in her emotional speech. Professor Zhao Shaozhen Professor Hu Zhicheng, and representing the mentor and faculty shared memories and experiences with the alumni from different perspectives, while expressing hopes for the future development of the hospital and school. Professor Huang Guowei, President of the Tianjin Medical University Tianjin Alumni Association, emphasized the hospital's and the school's achievements in medical education and healthcare services, highly praising the contributions of the alumni.

The students of the School of Optometry carefully prepared a cultural performance, showcasing the hospital's and the school's youthful energy and artistic talents through songs, dances, and skits. Each performance was filled with emotion and power, deeply moving every alumnus present with the strong bond between teachers and students and their shared expectations for the future. During the performance, training doctor representative He Wei, undergraduate representative Song Jinhui, and postgraduate representative Duan Yajian delivered speeches, expressing their deep affection for the hospital and school, and their hopes for the future.

This alumni reunion was not only a reflection on the past but also a vision for the future. The participation and enthusiastic exchanges among the alumni deepened emotional connections and injected new vitality into the hospital and school’s development. In the days to come, Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital and the School of Optometry will continue to uphold their motto of "Benevolence, Heritage, and Innovation," nurturing more outstanding medical talents with both integrity and expertise for society.
